The following division of lands of John McLean, deceased was this day agreed to between the heirs of said deceased.

Viz. The  White House tract bounded as follows.  Beginning at a black oak in the G S Houston line,  N 62 poles to a black oak, thence S 88 W 40 poles to a stake,  thence N 5 W 24 poles to a pine,  thence W 32 poles to a stake, thence  N 72 1/2 poles to a stake on Shepherd's line, thence W 169 poles to a stake, thence S 169 poles to a stake in Houston's line, then with said line N 88 E 241 poles to the beginning containing  200 acres more or less was allotted to ML McLean.

The following division of the lands of the estate of John McLean, deceased was this day agreed to between the heirs of said deceased. 

The house tract bounded as follows.  Beginning at a stake south of Ramsey's old field, running S 83 E 18 poles to a hickory, then N 83 E 70 poles to a black oak, then S 71 E 92 poles to a hickory, then S 10 W 183 poles to a post oak, then S 40 W 90 poles to a black oak, then S 66 W 11 3/4 poles to a white oak, then N 71 W 40 poles to a post oak, then N 18 W 27 poles to a white oak, then N 68 W 30 poles to a stake, then N 228 poles to the beginning, containing 242 3/4 acres was allotted to QA McLean - Subject to the comfortable maintenance of his mother.
